Cancellation Policy
Once a user enrolls in a course and the payment is processed, cancellations are not allowed after course access has been granted.
If a user wishes to cancel before gaining access, they must request cancellation within 48 hours of payment by contacting our support team.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
Duplicate Payment: If a user is charged twice for the same course, the extra amount will be refunded within 7 business days.
Technical Issues: If a user is unable to access the course due to a technical fault on our end, a full refund may be processed if the issue is unresolved within 7 working days.
Incorrect Course Purchase: Users can request a course change or refund within 48 hours of enrollment if the wrong course was purchased.
No Refund Policy
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
If the user has accessed more than 90% of the course content.
If dissatisfaction is based on personal preference rather than a course defect.
If the user violates our Terms and Conditions.
Refund Process
Users must email istudyforex@gmail.com with proof of payment and a valid reason for the refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
